Strategic Weight Loss Programs!

We are going in deep and targeting troublesome areas!

We have partnered with Weighless MD because they are experts in weight loss! Weight loss is possible when you understand how the body works and support the other necessary lifestyle factors such as exercise, sleep, stress and mental health.

Treating imbalances in the body and targeting abnormal fat stores is crucial to losing weight and keeping it off. We have 3 different strategic weight loss programs that are designed for quick weight loss while healing and rebalancing the body.

Reducing calories and exercising more alone is not effective when the body is out of balance. Being out of balance means there is inflammation, metabolic dysfunction and inflammatory (abnormal fat stores). Our programs are low calorie and this may confuse some people. It’s important to understand that we would never put someone on a very low calorie diet without the supplements to support the abnormal fat mobilization.

How it works:

Visceral fat is stored deep in the abdominal cavity. It forms from excess sugar that cannot be cleared out of the blood stream so the body needs to put it somewhere. Once the sugar is dumped into the visceral area, the cells become inflamed and toxic and begin to act as an organ of its own and can start producing more fat cells and inflammatory compounds. In order for the body to protect itself from these inflammatory fat cells to other parts of the body, the fat cells become trapped and resistant to weight loss. This means you cannot use this type of fat for energy.

Subcutaneous fat can be used for energy, but once the body perceives that the subcutaneous fat is getting low, it stops the weight loss to preserve normal fat reserves. Remember, visceral fat is there, but not used because it’s damaging to the body.

Typical weight loss in our 4 week programs is 15-23 lbs. The loss is primarily visceral fat, not muscle. If you went on a low calorie diet for a period of time you would quickly lose muscle mass. This does not happen on our programs.

Key to success: Follow the diet outlined for you. You must create a calorie deficit, so your body efficiently uses stored calories for the remaining body energy needs. Essentially, your body is using its own stored calories (fat) for calories. The program will reset your metabolism and prepare you for long term success.

Frequently Asked Questions

Question: Will my insurance pay for this?

Answer: Although we don't work directly with an insurance provider, we will provide you with a superbill which contains all the insurance codes you need to get reimbursed.

Question: Can I workout during the diet programs?

Answer: If you're currently working out, we recommend continuing to workout. You are encouraged to dial the intensity back a bit during the diet programs. If you don't currently workout, we recommend starting out slow. You're body will be busy during the fat burning process however, everyone's body is different and you should listen to your body. Don't overdo it working out as it could be counter productive towards your weight loss goals.

Question: What if I don’t get to 800 (OR (1000) calories per day, should I add more food?

Answer: Everybody’s daily calories will be slightly different based on food choices. For example; fish has fewer calories than lean beef. You would not add more oz fish because of the calorie difference.

Question: Can I purchase my own protein shake?

Answer: Yes, but make sure it has the following nutrient breakdown per serving: 100 calories, 15-20g protein, less than 3g fat and less than 3g carbs/sugar.

Question: Can I eat out?

Answer: Yes, however it is not recommended due to hidden fats, sugars and salt in restaurant foods. If you do eat out, please ask us for our handout on eating out while on HCG.

Question: Can I divide up my meals and eat 5-6 times per day rather than 3 meals and a protein shake?

Answer: It is not recommended because we want to limit blood sugar and insulin spikes throughout the day.

Question: Do I need to get all my protein?

Answer: Yes, it is crucial to get in all protein every day. The amount is very precise and will spare muscle loss. If you don’t get enough you will lose more muscle.

Question: What happens if I cheat on the diet or eat more than the recommended calories?

Answer: If you don’t follow the plan, the hcg will provide little or no benefit. You must create a strategic caloric deficit in order for your body to use its own fat stores. If you eat too much, you will just burn consumed calories and will not burn as much fat.

Question: Why have I lost muscle while on the program?

Answer: There are 3 common reasons: 1.) you didn’t comply with the diet. 2.) you may have exercised too much, and 3.) you didn’t eat enough animal protein at each meal.

Question: Will I be hungry on this program?

Answer: If you follow the diet, you will not be hungry on the diet. You may feel hungry around meal times, but you should not have hunger in general. Reasons you may be hungry include the following: eating too many calories, not eating enough vegetables and protein, not drinking enough water, exercising too much, HCG dosage is not good for you, eating too frequently.

Question: What can I put in my coffee?

Answer: You are allowed a pinch of stevia extract and 1 tsp of mct oil.

Question: How should my food be weighed and measured?

Answer: Measure all food uncooked. This is very important.

Question: Should I weigh myself every day?

Answer: We don’t encourage it because the body is not predictable. If you eat the same thing every day your body does not lose the same amount every day. There will be fluctuations that are very normal but can cause stress to the patient and therefore be counterproductive.
