Member Group Classes

Regular exercise is by far one of the most important things we can do maintain good health. However, in today’s world, time is of the essence and investing multiple hours in the gym is just not practical. Our group classes are 45 minutes and offered multiple times per day to fit many types of schedules. Every class is segmented into small groups and cycled through a variety of cardio and strength training intervals at different lengths of time. Heart rate monitors display metrics on heart rate zones and offer group participation and team effort. The group classes are designed to be team-oriented to develop social connections and strong bonds which encourage individuals to push harder than they would on their own.

HIITCore is a fitness methodology based on the core principles of functional training, interval training, and traditional strength and conditioning programs. We put an emphasis in our programming to stabilize the core so that we can look good and move well.
