Member Group Classes

Regular exercise is by far one of the most important things we can do maintain good health. However, in today’s world, time is of the essence and investing multiple hours in the gym is just not practical. Our group classes are 45 minutes and offered multiple times per day to fit many types of schedules. Every class is segmented into small groups and cycled through a variety of cardio and strength training intervals at different lengths of time. Heart rate monitors display metrics on heart rate zones and offer group participation and team effort. The group classes are designed to be team-oriented to develop social connections and strong bonds which encourage individuals to push harder than they would on their own.

HIITCore is a fitness methodology based on the core principles of functional training, interval training, and traditional strength and conditioning programs. We put an emphasis in our programming to stabilize the core so that we can look good and move well.

Have fun, get sweaty and continue burning calories long after your workout ends!

Why HIITCore Personal Trainers?

One of the top reasons to choose a personal trainer is that they are trained in teaching others how to exercise properly. While there are many different aspects of achieving greater fitness capacity including nutrition and healthy decisions, a solid foundation in fitness is key to the understanding of proper movement and its effects on the body.

The importance of proper education in exercising is explained in two main reasons:

  • Most people tend to exercise only on exercises they know how to do. Our trainers create custom well-rounded programs to fit your needs and give you the basis for long lasting fitness. Repetitive, one-sided movements create muscle imbalances. Our trainers know this and will provide education and exercises that promote a full scope of training.
  • When people try a new exercise on their own, their chances of injury sky-rocket. Incorrect movements can leave a detrimental, long-lasting effect if you are injured. Having a personal trainer who is fully knowledgeable in how to execute movements will reduce the level of risk and increase the effectiveness of your fitness routine.
Help Set Realistic Goals

Everyone loves the idea of setting a goal and achieving it right away. Whether is a rock solid six pack, muscle gain or weight loss, you’ll need to set incremental goals to get you to your final goal. A personal trainer will not only help you set realistic goals but help you keep on track so that have a greater chance of meeting your goals. Don’t let a small bump on the road be the reason you walked away from your goal completely. If you start steering away from the mission, a trainer can help you get back on track.

Nothing puts you to the test more than knowing someone is counting on you and waiting for you to show up. A personal trainer is critical to ensuring you show up and you give it your all. If you’ve made an appointment to meet you trainer for a personal training session, then you are far more likely to still go than if you are just telling yourself you should go to the gym.

No Wasted Time Equals Maximum Results

From the moment you meet your trainer, you know it’s time to get to work. Less likely to wander and spend 10 minutes trying to figure out what to work on, your trainer is always ready to get you in motion and on your way to your fitness goals. From warm-up session, workout and cool down, your trainer will make sure you are getting what you need to get the most out of your workout.
